Default RE: SERT Question

I went to the dealer and asked him about using the true dual V&H pipes with my SERT. The service tech told me that it would be impossible to do a true dual with the SERT. He told me that I would have to remove my SERT and go to the thunder max to use the true duals. Is he bullsh*ting me?

Run far away from that tech..... He is cluless.......

The purpose of the SERT is to make mods to a base map to adapt and conform to "Non-Conventional" SE build packages....

Here is a test for your dealer.

Ask him which he would prefer..........SERT or PCIII. I bet he choses the PCIII because he is CLUELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing against the PCIII but most do not know how to tune with a SERT so they advise something less intimidating. Case in point, how much more "less intimidating" than advising an autotuner...LOL.

Alot of us SERT users are in this same perdicament when it comes to finding qualified SERT dynotuners................If you find one, chain him down and hold him hostage.......they are a dying breed.

Not sure what year your bike is, but have you looked at hdmaps.com? They have lots of Rhiehart maps for sale.
