I have packs of foam ear plugs all over the place, motorcycle jacket pockets, riding pants pockets, storage compartments, on shelf where I store my skid lid.
And yet, every time I leave my house, I’m pulling over down the road to put in my ear plugs
I use a custom pair molded to my ear with a filter specially for motorcycle wind noise: I can hear my bike, my music and other sounds, but it stops the damage that (mostly) comes from wind noise. I also can't hear my own heartbeat, which makes me nuts with other plugs.

Holy Crapola! My brother from another *****!
(And I didn't get my share of the inheritance. Did you spend it on the bike?)
I like these, especially for long rides.
Cuts down on the headache causing noise and for some odd reason, I can hear my Sena5 FM clearly at high speeds and still hear other vehicles next to me.

Exactly what I did, and they work great. Just don't lose them. They're kinda pricy.
I've heard a few folks giving good reviews, saying that they block out the wind noise, but not everything else, like some do. Since they're custom molded to your ears, they're comfortable, but I've heard that you have to have your jaw slightly open while you're having them set in your ears, or they don't fit or block as well. For only $9-10, the price isn't too bad, either. You can also have them fit your ear buds headphones, too, so the music comes through crystal clear, as well. Just wondered if any of you fellas have tried them, and what you thought of them?
I have custom molded ear plugs and hate them. It doesn't allow me enough sensory input from outside. All I can hear is my own breathing, and damn I'm loud ... LOL
I built my own adapter to go from the 7 pin DIN system plug to the standard 3.5mm earbud type jack. I get good quality sound isolating earbuds and I can keep the music down and still hear the bike and highway traffic. It also allows me to increase and decrease system volume with my hand controls, or if I'm listening to radio, the station. That way my passenger can listen to music the same way, or she can plug into her phone, whatever floats her boat that day.
