Not that much. The Radians are only $9-10 per pair, and you can get a strap to go with them so they're tied together, too, for only a few $ more. Of course, I guess if you're only spending a couple $ for a few pair of the foam ones, you might think that was "kinda pricey". Those "etymotic earphones" that @Gadgetech likes, on the other hand...
