120r transplant
A few things to consider (and yes, I have a 120R)...
- You will likely need a clutch upgrade to hold the power.
- A lot of 120R engines (mine included) have issues with lifters getting trashed due to very high valve spring pressure and poor quality lifters. If that has been addressed, great. A common thing to do is have beehive springs installed and replace lifters with good quality units (S&S premium, etc..)
- You will need a decent exhaust system
- You will need a decent intake setup (may already be with the engine)
- You will need to have a flash tuner to make it all work since the exhaust will be changing, etc.. They are married to the ECM, so if you already have one for your bike, great, otherwise you will need something like a PowerVision.
- You would have to ditch all that coolant plumbing.

what he said, lifters valve springs, clutch, exhaust tuner
the 120R is a good motor, if properly cared for
mine has approx 20k, it just keeps getting better
