OP said the bike was a 2010 year. He WILL need a module if he plans to use all led's.

Your original answer would be correct for a 2014 or newer model. AFAIK don't think just rear led's will cause a fast flash that goes away because the system "learns" & changes signal cycling times.

I did put 2 LED 1157 Bulbs in my 07 FLHRS Road King Custom rear of the Run, Brake, Turn Signal lights.
NO load equalizer was needed for just the rear lights, if you put LEDs in all 4 turn signals a load
equalizer is needed for 2013 and older bikes.
