Been waiting 5 weeks since I bought my 2021 RKS and 131 crate - got a call from the dealer - my bike went on the rack this morning can't wait to do these break in miles.

Anyone have experience with the Racing Bros Scepter 25 Fork Cartridge Kit for 2014-2020 Harley Touring ?? Found a pretty good deal I might jump on but Ive pretty much never seen these mentioned. Cartridge but no adjustments. Less than half the price of most other cartridges is why I'm asking.

[QUOTE=Puglia10;19818154]How do you like that seat comfort wise? Any long days?

Plenty of 300+ mile days. I love the seat. Puts you up and back an inch. Coming from a saddlemen that felt like a 2x4. Plus the wife loves the back seat since it’s about twice as big. Pic for comparison.

Started my bar/riser install yesterday. Coming from 12” FXR Division motorwitch bars which are awesome, but I needed them closer to me.

pictured is 6” bungking risers with 2” pullback, and their extra high (5.5”) CR bend bars.

the 2” kickback in the risers made my gauge relocation at a crazy angle...almost upside down. Didn’t think of that. I could bend it, but I don’t love the look of the risers anyway, so now I’m changing it up a little, but it’ll be the same specs in the end.

going to 6” straight risers to make my gauges sit normal, but installing a Kraus TREX pullback plate, which says 1” up and 2.5” back. Perfect. I’ll report back when it’s all done...and I figure out how to clean up all these wires - yikes.

I also didn’t do the CVO flash before I started any of this, so hopefully I can ride it to the dealer zip tied/plugged in after installing everything and then tuck that wire somewhere. It should still start as long as I it’s plugged in right? Or am I SOL and it needs to be in the actual neck position?

Finally ordered the right adapters to run the softail slim fender up front, hoping I'll have those before next weekend so I can finally get that and the fork boots on. Got some seat time in with my grandfather this weekend. You can definitely see the generational difference in our bikes...lol. Spent a lot of time as a kid on the back of that Electra Glide though. Used to take naps on long rides.

Puglia, I was worried about the flash before I started my bar install as well. Plugged it all back together and started right up. I'm guessing you'll be good.

Anyone changed their rigid mounted rear brake rotors to floating rotors. I have a 16 road glide ultra and changing my wheels from the stock Impeller wheels to the Talon 19" up front and 18"rear. I can't seem to find out what size thickness for the rear rotor I need. Is it 5.6mm or 7mm?

Anyone know?

Just ordered racetech springs and gold valves.
1.2kg springs, I'm 190lbs.
Has anyone does this install on a newer bike (i did my 08) and have some starting measurements to give me a rough idea of sag and whatnot?

The black with gunmetal buttons look super intriguing......
Pricey but cool looking as long as they do their job.
