Well, think I'm finally pulling the trigger on an FXR fairing for the RK, got on the pre-order list for the next batch from Villain2Hero, going RP style with the light pods. Should be in by mid-September...gonna be a long wait lol.
That pipe is very similar to my new one. I'm not done enough testing yet, but heat on the bag is in my mind at the forefront. Do you have any feedback? Bike looks good. I was sad when you sold the other one. This one is gonna be wild.
Its a FM jackpot riot, but the tip fell off before I bought it. It should be angled down more...I guess I'll have to replace it. I didnt notice any extra heat on my short initial rides. And thanks for the kind words!

Damn man, I just looked at that fairing. That thing is mint. I would love to see it when you get it on. Need to find some more info out about this one.

Thats the route I wish Id of gone on my build. A lighter build at the end vs my Streetglide build.

I'll definitely be posting pics and a review when I get it installed. I think they look awesome on Road Kings. I'm still on the fence about the lowers, I think it looks more "complete." Worst case I can add them later. Honestly the biggest thing that steered me to the V2H fairing is they'll send you one already painted black...less hassle waiting to get it painted, throw it on and enjoy.

Honestly I kinda regret not getting a fairing bike from the jump - I love Road Kings and wanted to do something a little different, but when you look over at all your friends on their comfortable Road Glides while you're a parachute in the wind doing a buck+ for a long stretch of time the fairing starts to make sense...lol

Looking forward to it. Id love to know if you have a passenger ever, and how they do with it as well.
New Thrashin floorboards, adjustable brake lever and shifter arm. I really like that you can raise then an additional 1/2". Pinstripe and finish the flames when In get a chance.

Yeah, for sure. I'm not a big fan of non fairing bikes ( all of mine have some sort of fairing to take the speed blasts away.
I would have gone with a FXRT fairing and T bars on day one if I went the Roadking route for my build.
