At the moment, I have Woods 222 cams, a Boyesen Power X intake, a Fat Cat with wrapped perforated baffles, a Thundermax tuner, Öhlins HD159’s in the rear and Progressive monotubes in my Arlen Ness forks and an AIM vpc. In May, I plan on having Fuel Moto install level “B” heads, 107” big bore with Extreme Duty cylinders, 10.5/1 compression CP pistons and 999-6a cams. I’ll post up once installed and dyno’d

They are initally desihned to have mids on your touring bike. If you run floorboards, you need to just flare out the bottom a little and get a kuryaken lower resting brake lever.
Not a deal breaker vs the cost currently people like big bear or san diego customs ate charging for a oroper mids set up
QUOTE=Puglia10;18856106]Was really close to adding those for extra real estate for paint.... but read a lot of problems about the fitment and brake lever clearance. Also hesitant to give BBC my money but thats another topic.[/QUOTE]
Don't know how I didn't see this thread before. Picked up this 18 RKS in November. Work in progress but coming from a performance-oriented dyna, that's definitely the direction I'm headed in...
So far I've done 14" Lucky Dave's San Diego bars, the LePera Kickflip seat, LED lighting all the way around. Bought it used already set up with the 114" with head work and cams, supposedly. No paperwork to support it but it certainly doesn't feel stock...
Next up once I sell my TSport will be a proper 2-1 pipe and suspension. Gotta say being a bigger guy this is a much better fit than the dynas for me and even with the garbage stock suspension handles surprisingly well...
nice road king! I’m honestly thinking of selling my rg for one and going with an m8 since mine is a twinkie. Would be nice to have a 126 or 130 in a sleeper bike with upgraded suspension
I like all kinds of bikes. My last 3 bikes have been the blacked out route. Everyone in san diego is on the blackout package so im going chrome this time.
Have not really seen a performance bagger thats all chrome and white. Might look great, or might be wasted money
The reason the bars and dash ar black is i dont like the sun reflection blinding me when riding from the bars or dash
But the rest is going full on chrome
