Finally received my Joker Machine floorboards. Installed them along with brake arem and Thrashin peg as a brake pedal. Did the shifter lever a couple weeks ago. Before and after pics. Taking all the chrome off and I'm finally happy with the way the bike is turning out. Ordered a new BMC/Corbin seat yesterday... 6-8 week turn around time. UGH! Next week, I'm installing my Suspension Technologies front cartridges, changing the sliders and cow bells to black. After that, I should be about done with major stuff until winter. Can't wait to ride this thing once I'm done. Picked a bad time to do all this considering its prime summer riding time in NorCal. Haha

Just rebuilt front end on mine, easier than I expected. You will need a 12mm allen for the bottom drain and a 25mm allen for the top caps.
Thanks. I've watched a few videos of how to and it looks pretty easy. Got the large allen sockets in the mail the other day. For me,, I require a 19mm. I'm just waiting for the rebuild kit to come on Monday. Everything is already apart and ready to be put back together. I can hardly stand it. Haha

Where did you get the rebuild kit from? HD? I am waiting for an Ohlins set (front and rear) to arrive and have looked around a little bit for the rebuild kit, but not sure about the right one.

I have a 2018 RKS. Looking to reduce weight and also looking to possibly go the performance bagger route instead of trading my bike in for a new Softail. Id rather keep it. But the roads where i live are Nothing but twisties.
What are the top things you guys recommend changing to drop a bunch of weight? Im thinking the stock exhaust for example has got to be pretty heavy. How much ligher are the 2 in 1 exhaust systems? Also I know Lithium batteries are much lighter just don't know if I want to go that route.
