So before I could ask for a refund, someone from the company emailed me and rectified the problem. I got a refund and kept the parts. Only thing was I had to drive a little little hour to the nearest HD and get another one. $67 ebay credit - $45 part at HD + gas to get there in my truck= Lesson learned. New fork tomorrow morning.

I saw one of his posts on the dyna/for parts page. Kinda skipped over it. But will follow now. Very interested.
he is mostly a dyna fxr outfit, but slowly working into the bagger scene. He also has a machinist and that always helps on custom parts. Very responsive guy
@marvincbr fyi...my fork rebuild kit came in today and needless to say, I'm pissed. The ****in guy told me it was for both forks and I open the box and its only for one side. So...IF/when you buy this kit regardless of who you buy it from be sure it includes two of each pieces.
Roger that. I did order 2 kits from Surdyke HD. Everything I read said one kit per fork leg. Thanks for the heads up.
