I rode the scoot to and from work yesterday and again to work today. Yesterday I wanted to make sure nothing fell apart, so I rode a little conservative. HAHA...on the way home this morning it was a little different, and on the way to work today was even more aggressive. LOL! I get to ride a stretch of road that's about 3-4 miles of some minor twists and turns. So today I put it to the test. First, the brake dive is virtually nonexistent. Right out of my drive way I wanted to test the dive, so I slammed on my brakes. Usually I'd end up sliding forward a little, but with the new cartridges, I didn't.
Overall, my initial thought is that I really like them. Anything is better than stock though, right? I'm excited to see what happens when/if these get past a "break-in" period. I'm going to call the company and ask them.
As for installation goes. These are pretty much a drop in cartridge. It was pretty straight forward. I'm no motorcycle mechanic, but I can change my own oil, I did my bars on both bikes I've had and misc other things. I'm not afraid to try new things, I'm pretty mechanically incline. If you can do your bars, you can do these cartridges. The website had a video (which I used and followed along) and the instructions included were actually very well written. As for customer service, I had to call them for something and in the middle of leaving a message, the owner picked up the phone and was extremely helpful.
I thought to myself after I'd already started the project, "I should've taken pictures." HAHA
I'll be posting some before and after Pics of mine soon. She needs a bath.
Photo for inspiration. Even Ultras can be "Performance Baggers"
Inverted forks, Ohlin Resy rears, Carbon wheels......

Thanks,
what have you looked at so far?
I run BBP mounts, but if I did it over again, I would run the legends suspensions mounts.
If you have the 357's you can mount them to the front crash bar.
take a look at Big bear performance, Kraus, Kruesi originals or legends (mounts)
