Just picked up a 2002 Ultra Classic and will be storing it in my cold barn for the winter along with my other bikes. Question on winterizing.
This is the first bike I have owned with fuel injection. With my carbed bikes, I add Seafoam to the full gas tanks, then run them with the petcock closed until they stop running, then put away.
The Ultra does not have a petcock that can be turned on and off. The gas tank is full and Seafoam added.
How do I turn off the gas from the tank or do I just let stay as it is?
I always just ran the seafoam into the engine and then pulled the battery and stored it. I put the battery on an indoor charger but that's all I did for the years I was living in the snow.
Pur whatever srabalizer in that you trust in the correct amount for a full tank. Be sure it's mixed well. Run the bike for a bit, until you're sure the stabalized fuel has had time to get thru the injectors. If you've used much fuel, like went for a ride, top off the tank and you're done with winterizing the fuel system.

I've been using this method for years without a problem. My garage is not heated and it can get damn cold in there during the winter.
