Default Comfort profile saddlebag guards
I’ve got an ‘08 Ultra that’s pretty much stock but my wife is just short enough at 4’11” that the standard saddlebag guards kill her calves. Anybody have any experience with HD’s comfort profile saddlebag guards? I’ve already adjusted her floorboards up to the highest level. Any other ideas?

I’d like to keep my saddlebag siderails but I’m being told I can’t with the comfort profile guards. Guess it’ll be worth it for her comfort!

add a block of wood to top of floor board. zip tie it on. black plastic, chrome, or rubber. I also put rubitex around the top bar. it is pipe insulation. get it at lowes for 5 bucks they also make a kit that raises the floor board higher. it will also allow you to tilt it .

I run the comfort profile on my 08 ultra. Works as designed and doesn't rub the wife's back of legs.

Those look great! That’s exactly what I’m looking for but having no luck finding any pre-drilled for the side rails. Did yours come that way or did you drill them? I’m being told the pre-drilled are obsolete but hoping I can still find a set somewhere...

Mine were pre-drilled. I got them probably 9 years ago. You can have a dealer run the part number of the obsolete part (49088-01) through h-dnet to locate the part at another dealer that may have it.
