Hey guys!
I found a killer deal on a RKC with only 4400 miles on it and in GREAT shape! I'm very excited to pick her up and start my detailing! The question I have is on the leather bags! I don't want that amour all wet look but I do need to find something that will treat the leather and get them to looking good! Any suggestions would be appreciated!
thanks

When I bought my classic it came with a tub of HD leather dressing " rub it in let it dry then buff" I'm sure most any leather dressing will preform the same.
I use the Harley product. Works well, of course it is a little pricey. I would stay away from Armor All no matter what it says on the package! I use Meguirs on my Yukon XL which is lined with about five or six cows. Smells good too.
Doc Baileys Leather Care. I used the black on my old leather jacket.
A word of caution. This stuff is messy and has a bit of dye in it. so either use paint clothes or do it naked with the lil' woman.
Or the neighbor lady.....

What do you mean by "get them to looking good" ?
Are they damaged? do they have bad scratches? Do they have scrub marks?
Caution with products with die unless you let it dry really really well, the bags get wet and then it could stain your jean pants or those of your passenger.
Leather most times just requires conditioning on a regular basis unless you have surface damage.
