Default 07 siren install problems

Siren works but it won't go in the area I assume is for it. Plug won't go in and antennae hits.

I just installed one, but on my bike it slides in a different spot. Looking at the install instructions, it looks like you’re trying to get it in the right spot... see pics below.

And install instructions, on the off chance you didn’t have them https://serviceinfo.harley-davidson....e&locale=en_US

It looks like it is fitting in there right (logo out). But if it’s just the antenna is hitting the plastic molding, I’d cut me a groove in the plastic, so I could run the antenna and not have it pinched or kinked too tight. The electrical connnector looks like it’s in its slot, just needs the wire routed around the holders.

I Cannot tell from your pics (on phone) so image is small, but the area it goes in should allow it to snap in and the wires are in a notch or groove in the plastic. It will only fit one way and it's a beeecth to get it in. Siren faces out

Your third picture looks correct. The instructions indicate to just bend the wire to the left to squeeze the siren into its slot.

I'm pretty sure I remember doing just that when replacing mine a couple years ago. The old one had died, and, as I found, it had been installed backwards.
