I am trying to find out what size motors will fit in my 2005 roadking police special.
size is only limited by your wallet. It came with an 88 or a103 (can't remember the police bikes engine tgat year) it could be made into or replaced by a 95, 98, 103 107 110 120 124 131 135 or 143.
suggest you do a bit of research and decide what you want to spend and then ask your question again.

Thanks everyone, what I'm trying to do is make my motor bigger, I have picked up a 103 basket case and also the top end from a 110 cvo bike and was hoping I could use parts off of both to put on the 96 ci with 6 speed I have in it already, I'm running a reaper 585 cam with vh true duals and s&s oil pump and cam plate with precise fit pushrods. I want to have a bagger that will smoke most other baggers out there. Plus I have a 2005 roadking with the 88ci that I want to make bigger. I've already did some work on that as well by putting s&s oil pump, cam plate and lifters in it. I was hoping to use the top end of the 96 that I have on that but don't know if they will bolt up to eachother since one is the 2005 and the other is a 22007.Will the 07 top end bolt to the lower 2005?
There is a fundamental difference between the 88 and 96 engines, in the way the oiling system links between the oil tank (under the tranny) and the engine. We can't easily mix the two, but you could have your current engine built up into say a 110".
