There is no place on that factory harmon-kardon unit to plug this module in too.
Wrong! There is a HD unit, that installs on top of the OEM radio in the same manner as the CB unit, as others mentioned, you need the “Y” harness, and later version antennae. I’ve had mine about 2 years, and very happy with it. It does cut out sometimes when in heavily forested areas.

You should re-read the post. RollaMo said there wasn't anything to plug the OP's referenced SVX300 into on the stock HK radio, which is true. The SVX300 requires a radio with a SMB interface; the HK doesn't have that interface connector. The OP was aware of the H-D XM module as referenced by his 1st post, saying he was looking for an alternate way to add XM w/o spending big bucks for the H-D unit.

For those you that didn't fully read what the OP asked:

This is the SXV300 XM module the OP wants to plug into his factory HK radio.
If I was wrong is telling him that this module will not plug into the HK unit, please let me know how it is done?

I had HD install a NIM cable for my Zumo Roadtech 665 on 2013 Ultra Limited which had XM and MP3 player built in it. But you should be able to run the out audio from the XM device to the auxiliary input of the radio at the bottom right corner.

I can't imagine spending the extra $ and the time to install anything involving removing the outer fairing when all you have to do is plug in to the current Aux port. Guess that's just me.
