I put some LED's on my Saddlebag (they are in my sig. pic) and got compliments all the time about the new visibility they gave. I think a couple or maybe even three equally space would look really sharp on your bike. Go for it.
I also do everything on a budget. Those show $17 on amazon. For less than $50 on ebay you can find tour pak lights from an ultra tour pak. That is actually what I did with 2002 standard.
Get ya a BAL 1 and grin every time you come to a stop looking in your mirrors at how the cages react. Some of the best $200.00 you can spend. Can be found cheaper in say the classifieds here. Wish I would have taken the one off the last RG I traded in but was an impulse buy of the new bike. Still have one on my Road King.

+1 on the Bright *** Lights tail light. Had one on my '12 and moved it to my '17. Keep your eyes on the classified section; you might be able to score a deal on a used one. You can also buy brighter bulbs for your existing tourpak lights, which I also did.

Thanks Bob. I actually have a lighted tour pak now, I just want it to dazzle the drivers behind me with a little more light so I get the attention and they slow down, rather than their phone getting all the attention and they hit us. The other gentleman mentioned about the looks and I like the bike to look sharp as well, however looks vs my wife and I getting hit, the looks are going to come in a distant second.
BTW, your work and light modification on the tour pak on your bike looks great. You did a very good job sir!!!
Thanks,
Phil
