The fairings sound great. No one in this thread ever said how much they cost. How much are they?

Thanks,

Chris

The pricing works out as follows:

(lockable and detachable) Road Captain Fairing: $899

Shipping and Handling: $48.98 will varry for your location. This was what I paid.

Total: $947.98

They now offer 4 different windshield options (this is not yet reflected on the web site). They have 5†dark tinted, 5†clear, 7†clear and 9†clear. (Choice of windshield does not affect fairing price.)

I have priced these with all the other mfg's and the price is on par with all of them, only difference is that this model has a LOCKING system to keep your nice marine grade (what I'm going to be using) radio on the bike a little longer. As you all have or will find out, when you park your ride everyone thinks that it belongs to them and some want to take a souviner home with them. I'm not in to all that, so I bought the locking model, hopefully then when they are doing the souviner picking they are in my view finder long enough to squeeze off a round or two. Happy hunting.

[8D] Thanks for all the info on the dead center fairing. I'm still trying to decide which one to go with... I have a road king classic, leather saddle bags and leather tour pak on back. I really wanted a fairing that I could put the Harley leather bra on to match the other leather on the bike.

The leather harley bra will fit on the dragon fly fairing, the other fairing manufactuers have yet to respond to this question.

I really like the syle/size/fit of thegaragefather http://www.thegaragefather.com/Index...E-698C37A08944

But I doubt the Harley bra will fit.

I like the lockablity of the dead center fairing. http://www.deadcentercycles.com/default.aspx

I think the dragonfly is over priced. https://www.dragonflycycleconcepts.com/order.htm

I can't make up my mind about the quadzilla...Does the two speakers get loud enough? If so, let me know. http://www.hoppeindustries.com/spstrhb.html

My main reasons for buying a fairing are in this order - sound, gauges, looks/protection.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
