The best way to describe my front end....it feels hollow. Does that make sense to anyone? I have monotubes that are going to be swapped as soon as my shop is built. Can you get softer springs for the axeo? I only weigh in at 160lbs

I set the preload for the weight 2 up and loaded. Went with 3 turns although I could probably get away with 2 turns.

Pretty much the same. I set mine 1 turn extra from recommended for my weight. Little if any dive, bumps no real jolts, but the biggest thing I noticed was cornering. It's as fun as riding a Dyna, firm and confident cornering now. Had Revo's on the rear,, gave them to my son and got some 3-3 Ohlin's.

I just finished installing Axeo Legend cartridges on my 2015 FLHTK earlier this week. I did two previous Progressive Monotube installs on a '95 RK and '07 SG, so I was feeling confident that I could handle the job. Anyone contemplating doing this, make sure you have a 19mm hex bit socket (or allen wrench) for the top end of the fork tube and an extended reach 12mm hex bit socket for the lower fork leg drain plugs. I raced all over town looking for those two items with no luck. Had to order both online, so could have saved time by ordering earlier (and researching better). The 12mm hex bit socket I bought had an outer diameter that was too wide to fit into the access portal to get to the drain plug bolt, so I had to use a bench grinder to shave down the diameter so it would fit. Also had to purchase an ignition alignment tool online (~$44) to re-align the ignition during re-assembly. On my '07 SG, it was possible to re-align it with a flathead screw driver, which I tried, but it didn't work on this Rushmore. Looks like Harley engineered in some changes to force people to either buy new tools or have the Dealer do the installation. I weigh 195 lbs and left the cartridges at the factory setting. Didn't add any turns. As for the performance, it was a big improvement over the stock forks and well worth it. The bike tracks much better in turns, handles the bumps with ease, no more fork dive on hard stops, and just general all around more comfortable and maneuverable ride.
I have Progressive 444's 13" for rear suspension.
