My brother-n-law is riding a 2006 road glide. He never rides it and just broke his 2000 mile mark so he wants to put an exhaust on it but doenst want to spend much money. I always put rinehart true duals w/ a pc III and intake. If he just puts a set of slip ons on his bike will he have to buy a pcIII and intake. he's not trying to increase performance -- just wants a better sound

 

He can put on just slip ons and doesn't have to put a high perf a/c or get a download, etc. He will be fine.
