I have nerve damage in my right arm and now have limited movement in my pinky finger and the next two up,Hopefully it can be corrected with surgery, In the mean time I need to find an adjustable brake lever. I have found one but it is almost $200.00 just for the brake lever.Do you guys know of anymore out there.I just don't feel it is safe just using my pointer finger for my front brakes. Thanks for any ideas. 2006 Electra Glide
Hi from Bedford UK! Best of luck in getting roadworthy.
You're looking at two options IMHO, one is a custom item, such as the one you mention, the other is something made expressly for a disabled rider. There are clubs for disabled riders, including military, who have solutions for all manner of things, including the challenge you currently have. It may be worth looking further. I have suggested to HDF that they create an area for riders needing support, as there are occasional requests for help, but I don't believe that has happened yet, unfortunately. I'd be surprised if you will find anything cheaper than the lever you mention.
Roland sans is one option HD 2016 and down are a lot lower cost than 2017 and up.
Set for $149 is about normal for some.
Option two by a used lever and bend it in.

i had one laying around and tried bending it and it snapped
I was messing with a clutch lever this morning. Put the heat gun on it for 10 minutes and bent it a lot, real easily. If you have another one try some heat first.
