Aren’t Shinkos the super cheap China ones on eBay? I think most one here go with American Elites, Avon Cobras, or Michelin Commanders II. I chose Avon’s this go around. Weather, road conditions, type of riding, what do you want out of it performance wise. I wanted something to perform in wet conditions. And icy conditions...hence Snorider!
I've tried several but always go back to the Dunlop touring tires like the originals. I've got a wide white on the front of my RK right now with 45,000 miles on it.
Everyone has an opinion on tires I've used most brands over time and the only thing I have to say is "Don't buy cheap tires" buy a proven named brand it's only your life riding on them
