looking for new tires this winter for my 11 electra glide.
What are you guys running on your touring bikes and how many miles are you getting out of them. Even though I’ve had good luck going with the Harley tires from the dealer I know there are better options out there.
Michelin Commander II. You'll get lots of opinions, I think the American Elites and the CII will be the top choices. You won't g wrong with either. YMMV
I've used the stock Dunlops, Michelin CII's, and am now using Avon Cobras. The Avon's I like the best so far for grip (both dry and wet conditions) but only have around 7K miles on them. They seem to be wearing nice but not sure how many miles I will get on them.
