Hi,
I took the whole module out.both controler and modulator.
The part number is 40601-08A but I have been searching for it and not finding it. Buying just the controler would do? Isn´t the problem in the modulator?

It depends on what failed. If you have a hard lever or pedal it's the HCU, that is not available to the public.
If the failure is of the ABS ECU and you still have front and rear brakes, the part I listed will likely solve your problem. However, you'll still have the potential for a loss of either the front or rear brakes if the HCU ever fails.
Might be one in there for 2013 on down (if so it won't be for long) but MoCo even managed to get all the used 48343-09 units omitted from eBay US. On the day they made that a dealer only item there were 13 available on eBay US but the next day they all had disappeared. If you log in through eBay CA (Canada) you can find them from US sellers but they clearly state they will not be shipped within the USA.
