Just finished up my project of my 13 FLHTC being able to change for the mood. Started couple years ago making trunk removable keeping stock seat as solo ride setup. This winter, did a Mustang solo with fender bib, passenger pillion and saddlebag covers, all Mustang as well. Today finished up removable passenger backrest with rack. So here I now have 3 separate setups; naked when solo, half dressed when wife joins for day trips and fully dressed when we need to carry things or over nighters. My wife thinks im crazy, said why not buy another bike...hmmm, God she is a keeper. I cant be the only one who enjoys having a transformer?
Outstanding! That's exactly what I've been working towards on mine as well. Just finished doing the run/turn/brake controller and the tourpak now has a single harness that easily plugs in/out for removal. Just have to buy the hardware now. After that a backrest and golden. Good job, take a look at the mods sections around here, lots of good ideas.
