Had a similar problem with my 2001 Ultra project bike last week, but on a cold start. Bike started just fine, and I ran it for a minute or two. Shut it down, then went to re-start about one minute later … wouldn’t fire. Fuel pump appeared fine, checked for spark and that was good. Pulled the plugs, front plug looked normal, but rear was soaked with fuel. Replaced both with a fresh set of gapped plugs. Tried to fire but wouldn’t turn over. Was behaving like a flooded bike. Let it sit overnight. Got it started in the morning but ran rough initially, then smoothed out within 30 seconds. So, thinking it may have been the rear injector that stuck open and flooded rear cylinder? Been running Seafoam through it for this past week, making short runs to give chemical a chance to work. So far so good.
No Problem - MM is an easy system and I can walk you through most anything with it.
could you help me figure out what I need to replace..
I have a 99 flhtcui with the MM fuel injection my high pressure fuel line to the fuel check valve started leaking. I replaced the o ring on the male fitting that screws into the female fitting in the bottom of the tank. I also took the internal brass piece out and replaced that o ring. The line still leaks. Sometimes the fuel stops running when the fuel line is disconnected and sometimes it flows out from the bottom of the tank for a while. I could replace the fuel lines, but I dont want to spend the money if thats not the problem. Thank you.
You probably should have started your own thread rather than piggybacking on this one. The OEM fuel lines are not serviceable on a 99 EFI Harley. Meaning you cannot access the internal o-rings due to the fittings being pressed in. These o-rings will start weeping, causing a leak such as what you have. You will need to replace the lines. Most people will buy the Goodridge HDFL005 lines. They are half the price of the OEM lines, and are completely serviceable. Make sure that you get new o-rings for the injectors, and buy a few extra injector circlips as one will usually go flying when you try to place it on the injector, being lost to the same place that your single sock goes to when washing them.

thanks man. I did post a thread but no one has responded ha. I was leaning towards thinking the lines would just have to be replaced. Thank you for validating that for me. I am confused on what youre talking about with the injectors and circlips though. Thanks again!
One end of the line goes to the fuel tank. The other end goes to the injector. There is a very small circlip (snap ring) that holds the line to the injector. There are two small o-rings that will be visible once you remove the fuel line from the injector. Those o-rings, and the circlip should be replaced.
