Check out C&C, I have had two of their seats. Wife and I found them very comfortable and fit the what you are looking for, down and back. But I would think any seat that moves you back will infringe on passenger space. There is a predetermined amount of space between the tankard backrest.
I use a C&C solo with their #2 passenger pillion. Moved me back and down about an inch or more and the passenger area is the same (at least thats what I was told by the passenger lol). Remember with comfort that seats take time to break in...so do butts lol.
I'm about to list just what you need. I have a La Pera Daddy Long Legs that does just what your asking and still have room for the lady. It fits 09 and up I cant figure out how to upload pics.
I ran about 15k miles on a mustang wide tripper, at least 2 inches back and a bit lower than stock. I liked it for the most part, but I had issues with the lower position, my knees above my hips would cause me to cramp on longer runs. My wife liked the rear set as well. I ended up on a mustang super solo, just as far back, but not as low, much better position for me.
I bought the, “Harley Tall Boy” seat about two months ago for my 2015 Ultra Limited. I’m about 5’-9” and wanted to sit lower and further back off the tank. The Tall Boy moved me back approximately 2” and down maybe 1/2” or a bit more. I’m really happy with the seat. I don’t think it took much away from the passenger seat. I had my wife climb on behind me and she thought it felt fine. You can demo the seat at most Harley dealers to see if you like it prior to purchasing one. The new ones are pretty nice looking as well.
Instead of a new seat, look at modifying your stock seat instead. You might want to move back, but going lower may be less comfortable. It’s pricey, but I would suggest you move your footboards forward 1 1/2” and out 3/4”. Extended shifter and brake pedal would als be a good idea.
