***'s HD in Rock Hill SC offers a 4 day HD sponsored training class. Has anyone ever taken the 4 day class? Is it 8 hours per day? Is it worth it in what they teach?
I'm also planning on taking the Ride Like a Pro class in Greensboro NC. Who has taken that one?

Don't know about the dealer, but the Ride Like a Pro class is first class intell.
Afaik, the Harley clad is basically a standard rider class. One being the novice. The other being slightly more advanced. They both deal with the large picture of riding, so some higher speeds and avoidance and such can come into play.
Ride Like a Pro is more specialized. Aimed at low speed maneuvering of the bike. All day you'll be slipping the clutch in first and second gear.
Both are fine courses. Just different.
if you feel good about your road riding, but duck walk in parking lots and hate u-turns, Ride Like a Pro would probably be a good choice. If you've hit potholes you tried to miss or fear the front brake, the regular rider course would likely be the better course.
