90 minutes for me before my butt gets really sore. I'm 6'5" and even with a tall boy seat and highway pegs my knees are above my hips which rocks me back on my tailbone. My thighs don't bear any of the load and my tailbone area gets to hurting and also numb if I don't take a break... No iron butt here for sure...

I'm 72 and ride many 500+ days in a row with only stops for gas (175-220 miles).. I think it's really about how the bike fits you. The main improvements I made to my riding comfort was a riders backrest and highway pegs. I'll also hook the heel of my boots on the passenger pegs once in a while just to get in a different position.

The key things I've noticed are a backrest, pegs, and Alaskan Sheepskin on my ***.
Either temperature extremes but especially heat make for the greatest discomfort.
My 01 will run out of gas around 180 so I always try to fill up close to 150-160.
My 09 will go 200 but stopping at 150 has become habit for me as far as wanting to stop and stretch.
If you aren't running the three things I mentioned I think you'll be surprised if you try them.
My biggest complaint on long rides is the wind at 75+, it just beats the hell out of me on multiple days.

I've ridden for most of a full tank of gas, but that's not the norm. Figure one stop for 1/2 tank and then again to fill up. 2011 RKC, Hammock seat and Ohlins.

I ride until I need gas which depending on the ride can be upwards of 200+ at a time, solo. 2up I have done 180+ before a stop.

1.5 - 2 hours for me, and it's a lot easier than it was 35 years ago. That stock seat on the '81 FXS sucked.

That's pretty much what I usually wind up doing too. A lot of when and where you stop too is is where you know the gas stations are, and how much fuel you have in your tank at that time.
Example: If I have 100 miles of fuel when I get to a station, and I know the next gas is at 140 miles away, I'm stopping to fill up.

everyone is different, Physically, and mentally, so it varies, along with the comfort of the bike for each person

My limits have been a sliding scale. First break 1.5hrs then it shortens from there, this with a stock seat. Just purchased a Hammock seat so hoping to even out that graph.
