2018 SG Special - 5'6" Rider (Seat Options)

I’m a 5’6” rider considering the purchase of a 2018 SG Special. As a shorter rider, I’m concerned about the stock seat height. Ideally, I’d like to have a lower solo seat which I can add a comfy pillion seat to when my wife wants to go for a ride. I researched the HD Reach Solo however, it does not integrate with a pillion “add-on” Any suggestions as to what might work?

On my Road Glide I have a Danny Gray Airhawk that sits pretty low. Also mighty comfortable, especially with a backrest.

check out Mean City Cycles here on this site. They will take your seat and modify it for you to your specs. I am also 5'6" and ride a 08 ultra and I had them take my stock seat and modify it. They shaped the pan to model after my Reach seat that I also have....They also added memory foam to seat area along with adding a heated seat pad with two position controller.

Not to be an a-hole, but in addition to seats/mods there are riding shoes w/lifted soles for people w/leg envy.

Corbin Close Classic Solo works great for me. I also have the heated version, rider backrest, and touring pillion for the lady.
