Lower clunk
Check your rubber inserts in your exhaust hangers. A good way to check is when bike is cool try to wiggle the pipes by the rear of the bags.
The exhaust hanger on the right side under the trans cover has been known to be a spot to loosen up.
Could be not enough air in the rear shocks, or the front forks bottoming out.
Stearing head bearings also make a clunk when adjustment or replacement is needed.
Items loose in bags, tourpak, or compartment in the lowers could give you the sound also.
Good luck, hope you find the issue.
