I have the Supertrapp not too loud and really increased the power, the Rush's are excellent to especially the sound and the baffles can be changed out where the Supertrapp you can't, you can;t go wrong with either the supertrapps are quieter tho.
I have the Rush 2.25 with turn out tips on both of my bikes. The ones my 06 UC are perfect, but I just ordered 2.50 baffles for the 89 EG. One advantage of the Rush is that you can change the baffles in .25 inch increments from 1.75 to 2.50 to get the sound or back pressure you want. Don't have any experience with the supertrapp though.
I like both, but went with Rush for the ease of changing baffles. Just put some 1.5" in mine yesterday & plan to run them awhile & see how I like them. Definitely quieter than the 2" I had, which is nice on the highway.
BTW- you can saveover $100 on the Rush mufflers by buying from Amazon.com rather than Fuel Moto. Fuel Moto quoted me $320 for Touring slipons, where Amazon has them for $213.
Go to Amazon.com & type in "Rush mufflers." Several vendors/prices will come up, and you'll see the one for $212 & change. I think it's Motorcycle Accessory Warehouse.
