You have a cam that has -8 degrees overlap. Get a cam (Andrews 48 is a good start) and have it tuned with a TTS or a power vision. Let the heat out,all the others are band aids.
I'm sure it's been mentioned, but a tune should be the number 1 defense against heat. It is addressing part of the problem rather than just putting a band-aid on it. Not to mention the other general benefits you get from a quality tune.

My EITMS never kicks on anymore during construction sites and stoplights. Two friends who have the ability to check oil temps while riding can watch their temps drop after turning on the fans. Not to mention keeping head temps lower, which is sometimes confused with oil temps.
