Yeah your right i think it would bother me after awhile.
That sounds pretty reasonable just providing the painter will provide a spot on match. Pewter Pearl is a little bit of a limited color.

The bags and fender extensions are nice. Paint them to match and be happy with it.

I agree, that price is reasonable, very imo. I had to have my front fender painted. It's two tone (black cherry and pewter pearl) with a 3rd color painted pin stripe. Cost me $250 to have done and paint was nearly half that cost.

Pin striping might tie it to gather and mask it but it will always drive you nuts. Spending the money to paint sounds like the simplist answer.

I can see a difference in your first pic between the fender and the bags. Out in the sun might be even worse. I agree with others. Hook up with a good painter.

I would want them all to match but I also understand the cost involved. I think the bags and fender extension look really good so I think I would enjoy it like it is until I could save up and have them repainted. Maybe a winter project? Not sure if you have sold you factory parts but another option would be sell them to help fund the new paint.
