If you have an "axe to grind" with a vendor, instead of bitching about it on a forum, work with the vendor.
And by that, it might mean an actual phone call during normal business hours.
I believe they are in Utah, so take the time zone difference into consideration also.
No matter how special you think you are, you are not their only customer.
They will make it right if it was their fault.

And by the way, you did just join to post this, as you have 4 total posts to your name and all of them in this thread.

Here are couple photos of mine, just installed a couple days ago. Look at the thickness and the recurve.
Maybe he got a lemon but this one is perfect.

Sounds like you're a minority of one. But the solution is simple. Call the credit card company and reverse the charge. They said to send it back and are unresponsive so there should be no problem getting it reversed. Just be sure you're not embellishing the details, they will call the seller...
Then buy the correct Long Ride Shield for your bike.

Had several clearview shields. Never an issue, except I ordered one that was too short. Totally my fault. Returned it and got the correct size without issue.

I purchased two from them over the years when I had my 2010 Ultra. Great product and no issues at all.

Always a little suspicious of a new member without any introduction bashing a brand or manufacturer right off the bat.
