scratched cd's
i have a 07 sg with the harmon karden stereo. the stocker. anyways i keep getting scratches around thecd, the pattern of scratch is obviously from when the cd is spinning. cause's skips in play
has anyone else experienced this and what can i do

Have not had any issues like this. I would take it back to the dealer and let them know of the problem. If they don't help ask for the HD customer service number to call and ask or tell them of the issue too.

I have an 03 flht that I added a radio to. My problem is that the cd got stuck in the player. After getting the cd out,thought it needed to be cleaned so I put in a cd cleaner. Which didn't help. Now I can't play cd's on my bike. But the first cd that was stuck in the player got pretty scratched up. I don't know why. My radio was not covered by warrenty because I installed it myself and was over 6mo old.
