First off, great site. Lots of useful info....sometimes too much.
I just recently bought a 08 Ultra Classic 105 Anniversary with 110K on the clock. . Runs good, but long in the tooth. Would probably be doing this anyway.
I want to replace the engine and drivetrain. Am going to go with a Baker 6 or 7 speed trans
My question is what should I do for engine, clutch, and primary? Looking for reliable so I don't have to tear into it in a few years, but I wont begrudge a little more power with it.
Looking to spend about 7-10K for everything if that helps.

Exactly what was done at 75K? Maybe you don't have to do anything to the engine.

Hopefully you didnt pay **** for that bike...
Unless you got a SMOKING deal on that bike, like 2k dollars, IMO you are chasing your tail here financially.
NADA shows that bike between 7500 and 9500 value. Lets go even lower than that and say you paid 5k...add your 10k, you got a 15k bike...thats worth 7500-9500 dollars...
For 15k you could have gotten a 14+ rushmore bike... Ive seen a lot of 15-16 Ultra Limited for 15-20k with LOW miles.
