Dude, you got the golden ticket, push the button. Close your eyes and a hot blonde will be sitting on that thing saying, "Come to me baby...." Limited edition from Harley, they only made the one.

Only made one bike with the button, or only made one hot blonde thats been being passed around to anyone with a button??
You think thats a stupid question? I have more riding experience out of all my buddies. Been riding for 35+ years. So we out riding and Im looking at the designs icons on the controls, triangle for hazards etc. I press the circle one and nothing happens and its bothering me because I dont know what it for. So when we stop I ask my buddy what does this button do and I press it and nothing happens. I ask if his work. He looks at me like ok Ill play along. I keep asking him. So he walks over turns my ignition off and bike kills, he then turns the ignition back on. He says press the button now and see if it works. So I press the button and my bike starts. It was the starter button but I guess I never looked at it before. Sometimes you make and *** out of yourself without anyones help. So their is no dumb question.
Actually, all I could think of was the old Daffy Duck/Elmer Fudd cartoon from the early sixties where Daffy sells Elmer all kinds of "modern" conveniences for his house (automatic vacuum, etc., etc.), but he warns Elmer never to touch the "red button" on the control panel. So to this day, I can't help but use the expression "Not the WED button", whenever I'm warned not to do something. Sadly, this button isn't red.
In any event, I figured out what it was for. I traced the wires back. They turn on the aftermarket running lights installed in between the saddlebag guards. I have no idea why it's taken me 6 years to figure that out!
