Default Car Code Reader Usable On HD Touring Bikes
Dumb question 40,639...will the standard Car & Truck Code Reader work on any HD bike. Or has HD made it mandatory to have their own special Code Reader exclusive to HD?

You know you can pull the codes without a reader? Differs by year-range as how to retrieve them. Searching the forum will provide those details.

OBDII reader wont work on bikes..........they don't have that kind of set up........as noted above, codes are read using different processes for different models.
