i read not to use on HD windshield's. Hd makes some stukk for it, don't remember what it's called.
They also have a polish and scratch remover for thr lexan also.
RainX will destroy most m/c windshields. Sorry - but the "RUB" comment was WAY over the top IMO. Why denigrate someone coming here for help? Someone in need can become a friend...or enemy - depends on how you treat 'em. Figger ah've already got 'nuff enemies!

Plexus is the best stuff I've ever seen for the windshield. I weta tee shirtin warm water and lay it across the windshield for 10 minutes. Then I use the tee shirt to lightly lift off the bugs and other crap. Once this is done, I use Plexus as a finishing touch.
The replacement windshields are not very expensive as long as you use aftermarket check j&p cycles website you also have a choice of several different sizes,but before completely giving up try the two step plexus.step one removes fine scratches step two polishes...good luck remember sooner or later we all pay the idiot tax....or you just aint trying....

I purchased some stuff that cleared up clouded plastic windows for my boat and also a product called PLEXUS in a spray can for routine cleaning and polishing that I used on the Boat windows and my Road King windshield that works much like rainex but is safe to use. Their products may let you salvage you windshield.....good luck.
