06 Electra glide Standard,is there a accessory available to plug into the cig lighter socket so that I can charge/run a cell phone?

Good God, they are everywhere. Drugstores, convenience stores, auto parts stores, big box stores and on and on. Cost from $5 to $25

Do you have a USB charger cord for your phone? If so buy a USB plug from Cycle Gear and wire it like you would a battery tender. Plug your phone into it. Almost all cell phones use a USB type cord for charging unless you still have a 1987 model Motorola.

We're still waiting for that kind of technology to be developed. Until then, I've found the likes of this to be a decent stop-gap measure:

It's more powerful than most, and doesn't cause any whine in the radio (if you have one).

Google 'Jensen HD USB'. This is a direct replacement for the Harley cigarette lighter that fits perfectly and is designed for the Harley fairing. I have one and it works well. Plugs in to the wiring that is used for the lighter. And you can use it as a USB music source plug if your radio is capable.
