your bike is definitely not a cvo. someone just replaced the tank badging with the screaming eagle ones. pretty popular switch to do as those emblems are one of the nicer ones they've done. hopefully, the dealer didn't sell it to you as a cvo with cvo pricing. mind saying what you paid?
OP, no matter what someone tells you, there really isn't much screaming with Harley's Screamin' Eagle parts. In just about every case, there is a corresponding aftermarket part that is better and sometimes cheaper. The true screaming happens when the customer finds out he was raped for the parts/install and somebody (who used the aftermarket and a machinist) runs away from them like they were tied to post
As someone once said; "Harley is the only company bold enough to sell you a motorcycle for a crazy amount of money and then sell it to you again one piece at a time".

........ lots of those tank badges available on eBay
.... nice color machine !
yeah, and they are not vin protected so you could buy them from the dealer. often times, those badges on eBay sell for 2 or 3 times what you could buy them new as.
