As far as cables for your ride, it's a matter of comparing the difference in height/reach fm old-to-new bars. If you want a few good sites to to learn/source this info, go to sites like LA Choppers & Hill Country Customs.
i believe if you look in the parts and accessories catalog, there are sections in the back that show different lengths of cable.... figure what your stock cable is and the extra length you need on your set-up and check that out. Find the stock length, tape measure your new set up and go from there. if you haven't yet installed anything, I did a bunch of calculating in my Sportster when I changed bars.... looked at dimensions of stock and the bars I wanted, checked length of stock cable, measured and moved forward. The key is the extra length of the new bars....
