You got to screw the two sides in further. I always tighten them completely then back them off to adjust. Then adjust the top screw. Having the sides tightened gives the top more leverage to be effective.

well? How did it turn out? I also bought LED’s, headlight and spotlights. Before they arrived in the mail my job sent me to Wyoming now gotta wait until I can get home to do this.

Ok folks, put a longer screw in with a spacer! I screwed in both side screws in further. I think I got it, I got the bike 25' from garage wall where I placed my measured mark and the high beam is a little below the Mark, but the ultimate test will be tonight to see where it is aiming at when it is dark. But right now satisfied. Also I bought a headlight from DROD13, so if the LED doesn't work out I have a spare or if the LED does work out I still have a spare.
