You got to screw the two sides in further. I always tighten them completely then back them off to adjust. Then adjust the top screw. Having the sides tightened gives the top more leverage to be effective.

Led headlight help
Went to lowes got longer screw and spacer for replacing the top screw. The top screw I took out and took to lowes I thought it was a 1/4" screw, but they had this board that has thread insert so the guy took the screw I had and he screwed into the 6mm hole so the screw is a 6mm for future reference. I'll let you know tonight or in the morning how it went in!
Ok folks, put a longer screw in with a spacer! I screwed in both side screws in further. I think I got it, I got the bike 25' from garage wall where I placed my measured mark and the high beam is a little below the Mark, but the ultimate test will be tonight to see where it is aiming at when it is dark. But right now satisfied. Also I bought a headlight from DROD13, so if the LED doesn't work out I have a spare or if the LED does work out I still have a spare.
