Default Tires

Is anyone using the new Bridgestone Battlecruiser H50 and how well do they work. I have an 09 Electra Glide and need to change tires. Can I also go wider on the back without swapping rim and fender and swing arm. If so how wide can I go.

Going wider isn't always going better.

I do not know about the Battlecruisers but recently switched to Avons and am not planning on anything else!

Get them, there is a 30 dollar rebate going till oct 16. 198 each for a rear equaling to 168. Revzilla or rocky mountain atv have them or any online retailer. Stick with oem size or go a tad wider if you think they can go wider

I have conti tours and they look about 3/4ths worn after 8k miles. Should last another 4k or so.

I'm running Dunlop American Elites on my '07 Ultra and I'm extremely pleased with them. Outperform the Mettzler's 888's hands down. Don't know about the Avon's as I never ran them.

I got 18K out of the stock Dunlops. I replaced the with Armerican Elites and if I get another 18k I will stick with them.
