That was not the reason that motor failed, ~33 psi for the pressure relief is a proper setting. It takes a lot of oil flow for that valve to start bypassing at 30 psi, meaning plenty of oil to lubricate the motor. Also not a centrifugal oil bump, but a gear style pump with positive displacement. Again that is a wrong diagnosis of that failure.
Edit that guy has no clue how the hydraulic systems work. 20 psi on intake and 10 psi on the bypass does not mean that the bypass leaks 50% of the flow! That video is the reason you cant trust internet.
