Another for micro fiber cloths. Always have a couple in my saddlebags. On a trip, especially in Florida, for sure full rain gear along with gators to keep boots dry.
Most of the time my regret is over packing. Who needs BO orderant when a little crank oil behind the ear might do.
For me when travelling the main thing to carry is CAA / AAA or the like plus a bit of cash money / credit / bank cards with lots of limit on them. Then hope you never have to use excessive amounts of $$$.
For me the basic took kit to do checks, tighten up things, fuses and haywire it to get to shop is all I may carry. Also whatever fitting you might need to get an air chuck onto your wheels if you might need to air up. Beyond that it is probably tow and shop time.
I also like those green gel cap Advils for a bad dolor de cabeza. Maybe a small first aid kit either for you or some other poor soul.
RE: Clothes?
-Good rain gear and stowed so for easy access. (luggage rack/ HD tote bag)
-Pants/Shirts/socks/ should be rolled for daily access and stowed vertically in a hard bag (dirty are rolled and replaced)
-wear a good jacket and pack a light jacket for leisure
-wear good boots and pack sandals/running shoes
-leisure shirts, shorts
RE: Bike Items
- bike cover for security (out of sight out of mind?)
RE: Tools
Nothing on your list
RE: Personal Items
-reading glasses (extra if u have them)
-good sun glasses for riding
-shaving kit in a small tote (tube soap, manual razor)
-credit card
-cell
-sun screen for riding
-Tylenol for riding stiffness the first day out.
-small laptop
Plan the trip, make reservations! Have contact numbers.

you know between Baltimore and Florida there are 60 million people 350 Walmart and maybe 50 HD Dealers. like other have said your not going to 3rd world.
what ever you forget you can pick up within an hour on this trip
Helmet, riding boots, gloves, full waterproofs. If it is cool or rains you will get cold pretty soon and total coverage IMHO is the only way to keep to a schedule like yours. If you set off early in the morning and arrive at your next stop late you need to be comfortable - you can take stuff off, but if you don't have it with you, you can't keep warm.....

Actually there are only 45 from Virginia to Florida.
I'm guessing this is your first big trip on the bike?
Tools/equipment wise, I also include:
4 in 1 screwdriver, a good one.
Adjustable wrench
Vice grips
10' copper wire
fuses
Wrap everything except the wire up in a rag. Wrap that bundle with the wire. Keeps it neat.
Clothing:
Pack a days worth of clothing flat into a ziplock baggie. Do several. Squeeze them down and you can put a bunch in a saddlebag. Being in ziplock baggies, they stay dry.
Pack for colder than you expect. Riding makes you chilly, and you don't want that on a long trip. So a nice sweatshirt for under a jacket, gloves, chaps.
Rain gear, not simply a rain jacket. Wet pants and undies suck.
Athletic undies help you stay in the seat all day, especially if you're a tightie whitie sorta guy.
Bike:
One bungie? I don't understand that. If you need bungies, bring some, not one.
Waterproof dufflebag or such. Wonderful things. Bungie it to the seat.
Trash bag, for your dirty clothes.
Cell phone, charger, cradle. Yea, you can charge in rest stops and such, but on your bike is sure convenient. So is the google maps app.
Baggie to keep the phone dry in the rain.
Don't neglect the end plan of being there in Florida. If it's to go swimming, bring swimming gear. Disney, walking gear. Etc.
My lord...way too much for a trip in the civilized world. The more I travel, the less I pack these days. Clothes, rainsuit, bike cover, and basic tools
