Here's an idea. You have a pretty reliable bike and is probably still under warranty with plenty of dealerships on the way, if you are worried about puncture flats put some Ride On in both tires and take the tire repair stuff off the list. Toiletries, go to a local drug store or Wally world and purchase sample size toiletries. Your underwear, remember the undies you were planning on throwing out? Wear those then pitch. Put the computer to the side, use your smart phone to plan your next leg of your trip, take the phone charger. Bike charger, put aside. Pare down to needs from wants. Then take the cumbersome items and ship it to general delivery to the post office that will serve you in Delray Beach. If you drive conservatively you can stretch your fuel mileage, but that's your call. Good luck.

If that's the case then take the clothes you need for the trip and then ship everything else. I wouldn't get on my bike if I was afraid it wouldn't make three days without having to work on it on the way. I do keep a leatherman tool on my bike though.

Another tip if you haven't done any multi day 500 mile trips. Take your wallet and everything else out of your back pockets. First long trip I took, my wallet wore a hole in my ***. I didn't realize what was causing the burning until it was too late.

Also thinking of putting my M/C cover in my NRA duffel bag and tying it down to my luggage rack to keep idiots & undesirables away.

Take what you will need on the ride down , and ship the rest to a post office and pick it up there . the less on the bike the better. The battery will be fine , leave the power pack at home .On long trips i wear my old clothes and toss them when they dirty , done this many times ! ENJOY THE RIDE !!!
